Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
  • The product was purchased within the last 7 days.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for returns.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Non-returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for returns due to their nature. These include:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products without original packaging or labels.
  • Perishable items, such as certain herbal formulations or fresh juices.
  • Custom or personalized products.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: If you wish to return a product, please email us at [email@example.com] with your order details and reason for return. Our customer service team will review your request and guide you through the process.
  2. Shipping the Product Back: Once approved, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning the product to us. Make sure to package the product securely to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  3. Inspection & Approval: Upon receiving your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the following forms:

  • Original Payment Method: For credit/debit card or online payment methods, the refund will be credited to the same account.
  • Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer store credit for future purchases.

Note: Shipping costs and payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return an eligible product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund after reviewing the issue.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return.
